"HAKONE Funny hours" is a vacation rental style accomodation where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Japanese seasons.
We have a private chef who will have your meal ready wherever you want to enjoy it in the building.
Our accomodation have a natural Hakone hot spring in and outside the house, an outside sauna and a cold plunge. In the rooms we have a projector for you to enjoy a wide screen vision of your choice.
The maximum capacity of the house is 20 people with 5 bedrooms. Please invite your family and friends for a luxurious time.

Have a good time in private Sauna and fully enjoy the luxurious European style BBQ. The sauna is available from 16:00 to 23:00.
*We prepare the tent Sauna for you to use. It takes 1 to 2 hours to be hot enough.(Tent Sauna : Free)
*You can rental the BBQ items and bring the food to cook.(BBQ items reantal : 20,000yen)

HAKONE Funny hours accomodates up to 30 guests.
That makes it possible to use for variety of groups such as families, friends, comany trip or research trip. Each of guests can have a really good time in private space which is large villa stands in 1,050㎡ property. We have Japanese style rooms too, so make yourself comfortable depends on the rooms.

*Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available for both the open-air bath and indoor bath.

You can enjoy the bonfire in Picnic terrace whenever you like. Spend a time slowly around the fire with your precious people.

AYou can make a booking from travel websites. They are listed in "Reservation" at the bootom of this website. We also accept bookings from phone calls.
- Q2What time is the check-in and check-out?

ACheck-in can be made between 15:00~21:00.
Please get in touch if you wish to check-in after 21:00. We will guide you the way for a self check-in.
Check-out is 11:00. - Q3Can I make a booking with kids?

AYes you can.
The accomodation fee for kids aged 12 and under will be free of charge.
Kids above the age of 12 will be charged with the normal adult price. - Q4What is installed in the kitchen?

ABesides the fridge, electric kettle, microwave and toaster, we have pots and kitchen ware needed for cooking. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.

AYes, you can invite friends and families. If you are looking for a BBQ or extra meal please let us know.

About our cancellation policy
We will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
14~7 days prior to your arrival date : 30% of your total amount
6~2 days prior to your arrival date : 70% of your total amount
1days prior to your arrival date or on the arrival date : 100% of your total amount
No show : 100% of your total amount
- If you made a booking through one of the travel websites and wish to cancel your booking, please make the cancellation through the website you used to make the booking.
- If you made a booking through a phone call, please call again to cancel.
- The accomodation fee is free of charge for kids aged 12 and under.
